Refund policy

All digital products (videos, scripts, courses) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email steve@onedogtrainer.com and we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.

For 1-on-1 consultations and certifications, refund terms are specified at the time of purchase.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults (parents, dog owners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The "Dog Safety for Kids" educational content is designed for parents and teachers to use with children, not for children to use directly.

Data retention

We retain your email address and purchase history for as long as you maintain an account. If you request deletion, we'll remove your data within 30 days.
