What if my dog's problem is severe (aggression, bite history)?
The custom video works for ~80% of common behavior problems. For severe aggression, bite history, or dangerous behavior, Steve will let you know during his review and recommend an in-person CPDT-KA/IAABC trainer in your area. We don't want to give you generic advice for a serious problem.
What if the video doesn't fix the problem?
Message Steve within 7 days of receiving your video. He records a second free video on the same problem from a different angle, or sends a personalized written response about your specific dog. The goal is to fix the problem — see Terms §3 for the full guarantee policy.
How long until I get my video?
7 business days from purchase. Most videos ship in 3-4 days. Steve personally records each one.
Can I get a video for multiple dogs?
The $149 covers one dog and one problem. For multiple dogs, order separately. For one dog with multiple problems, ask in the follow-up question field — Steve can usually address 2 related problems in one video.
What if I want to add more context after ordering?
Email steve@onedogtrainer.com with your order number. He reads everything and will incorporate new context before recording.
